since when had I became soo illbred?
that, is not a random title.
I have realised that recently I've became really ill bred. I almost have no more table manners and I almost have no more compassion. And here I thought having went on a service learning trip was suppose to educate me.
So now, let the guilt monster devour me alive! Roar.
Hence, the need to blog, to keep me from losing myself. (insert one tight slap across my face) time to wake up, Jingjia.
Anyway, I've came back from the Penang with the kewoc-ers. Awesome trip. I tried jet skiing for the first time and oh-my-mama, IT'S ADDICTIVE. The feeling of wind and sea water on your face while you break the waves. Oh and did I mention I got to drive the jet ski? No brakes, just rev and go.
Next would be wakeboarding man.
Ate a lot in Penang; sinful much. There goes my dieting plan. I need exercise man; truck loads of it.
Caught Brave in Penang and made me think of home. I love my mum. I'm guilt ridden for neglecting her; especially when I haven't been around for an entire year, now I'm not even around when I'm on vacation. Then when kewoc ends, I'm flying hongkong. I'm a failed daughter.
Okay, I shall now state my resolve to
come home everyday even if I have kewoc, period.
Went to a temple in Penang as well. I admit I'm not a very pious child, but I prayed. I prayed with all my heart that my family will stay healthy, safe and happy for all eternity. They are my lifelines.
Moving on, I met my snipers today for Abraham Lincoln; Vampire Hunter. Pretty pointless but action-packed movie nonetheless. But like I used to say, it's not the activity but the company that makes an outing worth the while. Regardless of what we are doing, even if it's just stoning together, I'm happy and contented.
Just a little chronicle, when we were buying our tickets, the lady warned us that our IDs will be checked when we enter the theatre. I totally took that as a compliment. Getting checked for a NC16 show?! When I've already long passed 20 this year?! HEHEHEHEHEHEHEHE!
I'm meeting them again tomorrow, to watch Spidey, starring Andrew Garfield. (insert sheepish smile) And we'll be having dinner, hope debs join us, since she'll be flying off end July. I really want to spend more time with her. Either way, we set up a dinner date next week, so we can really just sit down properly and catch up. I'm just so glad, to slow down, and you know, meet my snipers.
Lastly, (I think) my period is FINALLY here. Hooray!
And I really need to spend time with my family.
I'm off to game's land now dudes, nights!
