I know I have been abusing you too much for the past 20 (going 21) years and so this is the last favour I would ask from you.

Please, allow me to hold out for another months for IHG and I promise, in this 21st year of my life, I'll give myself the present that no one else can give - my health and my limbs.

I will withdraw from all competitive sports scene after this season.
